Photography is truly a one-of-a-kind medium. Because of this we look forward to hosting an exhibition that is diverse, robust, and showcases each of our member’s unique points of view as a photographic artist and image maker.

Some of our members’ work is in the digital medium, with beautifully composed images that reflect their own unique ideas and are always beautifully presented. Other members respond to the alchemical processes in photography that allow us to manipulate time and space with the adjustment of specific chemistry. And several members will even be making photographs using camera-less photography! There is truly no other medium as intriguing as photography and the 2026 Members’ Exhibition will highlight this tenfold.

Spectrum Art Gallery has been a staple in our community for 46 years; and in those 46 years, we have grown from a small collective of photographers to a robust and profoundly diverse group of image makers, lens-based artists, photography hobbyists, and photographers. We are a unique gallery in the sense that we not only showcase the work but also offer workshops and other educational outlets that relate to the photographic medium.

Works in the 2026 Members’ Exhibition will also be available for purchase for anyone looking to expand their collection of art.
